| Initiation |

| We contact your employee to overview the program and develop a preliminary profile regarding housing and education needs, personal concerns and timing requirements. We expand upon the profile and confirm traveling schedules. |

| Relocation Information Kit |
|
| After the first orientation call, we will have a Relocation Kit sent to your employee. |
|
| Pre-Departure Client Contact |
|
| If time allows, we can advise you prior to your employee’s departure on current housing market and local real estate practices in your employee’s destination area. |
|
| Arrival Orientation |
|
| When the family arrives in the destination area, they will be briefed on housing styles, legal requirements, different communities and availability/cost of housing, as well as education and school alternatives. A Welcome Kit of local information is also provided. |

| Property Viewing |
|
| We arrange for the employee and family to view appropriate candidate properties that match their needs and accompanies the family throughout the Homesearch process. |
|
| Client Status Report |
|
| Most of our clients like to be advised of the status of their employees’ Homesearch process, and we are pleased to provide relevant updates as part of our service. |

| Property Negotiations |
|
| Once a residence is chosen, leases are negotiated, move-in activities are coordinated, inspections are arranged and utilities are connected. |

| Post-Relocation |
|
| After the relocation, we remain available to your employee and family for friendly advice and support during the settling-in period. |
